Srixon I-601 Irons (Steel)

New for 2007, the Srixon I-601 Irons (Steel).

The Weight Optimisation System (WS) in the new Srixon I-601 Irons creates high launch angles and low spin thanks to the tungsten-nickel weight and under-cut wide sole. The thinner face and enlarged sweetspot with high repulsion performance increases ball speed.

The WS system also maintains square impact in clubs of various lengths due to the design of the linear moment of inertia (MOI)) around the axis. Meanwhile, the deeper centre of gravity (COG)) from the pocket cavity and the tungsten-nickel weights create a larger MOI and enhances the balance of the head.

Finally, the shock absorption material in the WS system provides a mild, more comfortable feel.

Shaft: Fitted with NS Pro 950GH steel shafts.
