Answers

Is the product that I want in stock and available for immediate despatch?
As per our Customer Service information all products (except PowaKaddy electric trolleys, due to their custom build nature) are held in stock ready for immediate despatch.

Generally speaking if you can buy the EXACT product that you require ie. if there is an Order button at the bottom of the page and, if applicable, the product option is available in the drop-down box (again at the bottom of the page), then you can safely assume that the item is in stock. Unlike some other golf retailers we remove (or add) product variants, such as wedge lofts or shoe size and colours, as soon as they go out of (or come in to) stock.

Although we try to hold large amounts of every product we sell very occasionally we may take multiple orders for an item that we only have limited quantities of, in particular over an evening or weekend period. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you to advise you of this at the earliest opportunity. Please be assured that we NEVER substitute goods for alternative items and ship them out without your express permission.

Why is the TLC Wrench not included with the purchase of a TaylorMade r7 TP fairway wood?
The target r7 TP consumer is a player who already owns an r7 driver and thus is familiar with TLC technology and its effectiveness. Such players will have the TLC Wrench that came with their r7 driver. Additionally, because the wrench is not included with each r7 TP fairway wood, players that buy more than one loft do not have to incur the added expense of a TLC Wrench with each purchase. I have been measured up for a set of custom fit irons. Can I now order these from you?
Yes, we accept orders for custom fit irons, which are then placed directly with the respective manufacturer. Please view our Custom Orders page for further information.

My delivery country is not listed when I go to checkout. Does this mean that I cannot order from you?
As per our Delivery Policy we only offer our goods within the UK (barring the Channel Islands) and certain European countries. If your country is not listed then I am sorry but we do not accept orders from, or offer delivery to, your location at this time.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
Sorry, we do not offer delivery to BFPO addresses.

I am not in a hurry to receive my goods, but can only select the 'Express via Courier' delivery method in the secure checkout. Why is this?
To serve our customers better we ship all orders via courier on the fastest possible delivery service (next working day for the UK mainland). This is our 'standard' delivery service (other retailers charge extra for this), which was introduced in early-2004 to serve our customers better.

I asked for my goods to be left safe if I was out, but this did not happen. Why not?
As per our Delivery Policy all orders are shipped via courier and ALWAYS require a signature. This is for both our and your security. If you are happy for a neighbour to sign for the parcel in your absence then please state this at the time of order, or alternatively specify a separate work or relatives address to ensure that delivery can be made successfully.

Can I trade my old clubs in against a new purchase?
Unfortunately we do not offer a trade-in or part exchange service. This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. Most people seem to get a good price for their second hand gear through eBay or Golfbidder, so you may like to explore one of those avenues.

Do you have a catalogue which I can order?
I am sorry but as a pure Internet business, rather than a mail order company, we do not produce a catalogue of our products. Again, this allows us to keep costs as low as possible, which enables us to offer you the best golf equipment prices. Plus, in such a fast moving market, stock levels, deals, and prices change so quickly that by the time a catalogue is largely out of date! So please browse our site, which contains ALL our golf equipment deals.

I have received my goods, but they are not quite what I wanted. Can I return them?
Yes, as per our Returns Policy, if you are not 100% happy with what you have bought then just send it back to us - unused and in its original packaging - within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked!

When is my credit/debit card debited?
When you place an order with pricebustergolf.co.uk we merely gain an authorisation from your card issuer, which simply guarantees that the funds are available on your card and that payment can be made to us (see below for further details).

Please note that no monies are taken directly from your card. Your card will normally be debited when your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, although in certain limited circumstances (including PowaKaddy electric trolley orders, custom orders, or if you require you order to be delivered on a specific date in the future) it will debited once the order has been processed.

What is an Outstanding Authorisation?
An Outstanding Authorisation, or Pending Transaction, is a temporary charge held against your account (your available credit) relating to the transaction (purchase) you have made with pricebustergolf.co.uk using your credit/debit card, which has been authorised for payment, but has not yet reached your account. An Outstanding Authorisation will either turn into a finalised transaction (purchase) or will be removed automatically by the bank within 5 to 7 days, such as will happen if you cancel an order shortly after purchase and before we have processed and debited your order.

If you have been asked to re-order following an AVC fail then a second authorisation for the same amount will appear on your account. However, only the second transaction will be debited by us, with the first authorisation disappearing automatically from your account as stated above.

Does pricebustergolf.co.uk get its Callaway golf equipment from the USA?
No, ALL Callaway golf equipment is sourced from Callaway Golf UK, with whom we hold an account with. Everything is serial coded and following a purchase you can register your equipment with Callaway via their website.
