Step-by-Step Guide to Purchasing e-mail Gift Vouchers

1. Select the Gift Voucher amount you require from the option drop down box at the bottom of the Gift Voucher Product Page and then click on the 'Order' button to place the voucher in your shopping basket.
2. Once you have finished click on the 'Checkout' button (in the top right hand corner of the page) to enter the Shopping Basket.
3. Check that the items in your basket are correct.
4. Click the 'Go To Next Stage >>>' button.
5. Enter your Card Billing Address (the address your Credit/Debit card is registered to) in the left hand address section, plus YOUR e-mail address and contact telephone number (so that we can contact you if there are any problems). Please note, we DO NOT require the physical delivery address of the recipient of the Gift Voucher.
6. Click the 'Go To Next Stage >>>' button.
7. Left click with your mouse in the blank 'Special Instructions' box to enter the following information:

The e-mail address of the recipient. Please make sure that it is 100% accurate otherwise the Gift Voucher ID and password will be delivered to the wrong person!

If required, add a short message (less than 100 characters) for your chosen recipient.

8. Click the 'Go To Next Stage >>>' button.
9. Enter your card details to pay for your purchase.
10. Once you have reviewed all the details you have entered and are happy to complete your purchase click the 'Place This Order >>>' button.

If payment is successful you will then see an Order Confirmation screen, which displays your unique Order Number (please print this off for your records). You should also receive a copy of this Order Confirmation to your e-mail address (as entered in the Addresses section of the secure checkout).

Important Information - Please Read!

If you do not enter the e-mail address of the recipient in the Special Instructions box then the Gift Voucher will automatically be e-mailed to your e-mail address entered in the Addresses section of the secure checkout.

When we process your order we will refund the delivery charge if your order is solely for a Gift Voucher and is under £50.

All Gift vouchers will be processed within one working day of ordering (ie. orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day).

Gift vouchers are redeemable in the 'Basket' section of the secure checkout of this web site. Instructions on how to redeem them will be included in the e-mail sent to the recipient.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and cannot be used to pay for pricebustergolf.co.uk gift vouchers.

If your order exceeds the amount of your gift voucher you must pay for the balance with a debit or credit card.
