New for 2006, the MD Golf Black Hawk Tungsten Irons; this set features all that is good and forgiving about modern golf club technology.
The 3, 4, & 5 irons in the MD Golf Black Hawk Irons set are fitted with a tungsten screw located towards the heel of the club, to aid a draw shot in the more difficult-to-hit long irons. With more weight being located lower down in the club this also helps to promote a higher launch angle to get the golf ball up in the air more easily.
Meanwhile, the 6, 7, & 8 irons use two steel screws to set the clubs up neutrally, but again they have more weight located lower in the club to promote a higher launch angle. Finally, no weights are inserted in the 9 iron and PW to provide ultimate feel for shorter approach shots to the green.
The MD Golf Black Hawk Tungsten Irons are fitted with True Temper Super Lite steel shafts and Golf Pride VTM grips as standard.
