However, we understand that there are occasions when you may need to return
goods to us. For your peace of mind and happiness we offer the following terms
in respect of returns and refunds for our products.
Remember, if you are not 100% happy with what you have
bought then just send it back to us - unused and in its original packaging -
within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked!
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have simply changed your mind and
wish to cancel you order, making sure that you quote your Order Number
(contact details as below).
If your order has not been processed and shipped then we can cancel it
immediately and no money will be debited from your card. However, if your order
has already been despatched then you will need to contact ourselves on 01229
836010 in order to arrange collection, this will be done at no cost to yourself
(see Returns Instructions below) and
within 30 days of the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the
goods we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original
payment method.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for golf equipment that shows
evidence of having been used or on custom made products unless they are faulty.
If you have received a product that is not quite right (eg. shoe size, bag
colour, etc) then you can return it to us for an exchange, if you so wish. You
will need to return the goods to us and within 30 days of the date that the item
was delivered to you (see Returns
Instructions below for further details).
If you send a product back for an exchange we will charge you for shipping the
new product back to you (currently £3.99 UK mainland, £6.99 UK Islands, & £9.99
Europe). Please enclose a cheque for the amount due (made payable to
pricebustergolf.co.uk), specify a debit/credit card to take payment from, or
call us with your debit/credit card details.
Please note that return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent
the wrong goods in error.
Tip: To receive the item that you need
faster simply place a new order for the item you require (remember that we only
list items that we have in stock and available for immediate despatch). You can
then return the original item as per our Returns
Instructions below and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods
to your original payment method upon receipt (postage and insurance are not
refundable).
If you wish to exchange a particularly large or heavy item we can arrange for a
replacement to be couriered to you and have the original goods collected at the
same time. Please call us for an individual price quote for this service.
If the goods are faulty upon receipt or on first use then please contact
immediately. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements and collect
the faulty club from your premises. If we are unable to supply an exact
replacement, and/or a viable alternative cannot be supplied either, then we
shall issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Please also inform us immediately if your goods were damaged in transit. If
goods are visibly damaged upon receipt please accept delivery and then contact
us. We will then arrange for replacement goods to be despatched to you, or an
alternative course of action to be taken, if you so wish. We will also arrange
for the courier to collect and inspect the damaged parcel, so please ensure that
you retain everything as is at the delivery address so that our claim with the
courier can be validated.
Please contact us immediately if you think that you have received the wrong
goods and we will make every effort to rectify the situation in the quickest and
most convenient way possible, and at no further cost to yourself. We will
arrange for replacement goods to be despatched to you and for the other item/s
to be collected.
All products are backed by a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee from the date of
purchase. If you experience a problem with your goods please contact us, with
your original Order Number to hand. Subject to your exact requirements we can
then arrange collection of the faulty product, plus delivery of a replacement,
or discuss any other preferred course of action you would like us to take.
For all returning goods, including shoes/clothes that do not fit, please include
a copy of your original Sales Invoice, clearly explaining what action you would
like us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely in
their original packaging, and that you use a signed for service with adequate
insurance to cover the value of the equipment to return the goods. We recommend
that you use a reputable courier, such as Royal Mail for smaller items or
Parcelforce for larger items.
Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until
such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of
the goods. If you send a product back for an exchange you will be charged for
shipping the new product back to you (currently £3.99 UK mainland, £6.99 UK
