New for 2008, the Cobra Speed LD M Driver (Graphite); Speed-Tuned to maximise distance for moderate ball-speed players who have a tendency to hit a fade or slice.

With the largest clubface in golf and a fast-back clubhead that stretches as long and wide as the R&A allows, the new Cobra Speed LD/M Driver generates a massive moment of inertia (MOI), faster ball speed, and longer, straighter drives.

Speed LD Technology Explained…
1. Limit Dimensions: In order to get the centre of gravity (COG) as low and back as possible, the clubhead dimensions have been pushed to the limits of R&A size regulations. This results in an extremely high massive moment of inertia (MOI), which promotes longer, straighter drives.

2. Extremely High MOI: The fast-back crown and massive dimples have also allowed the COG to be moved even lower and back, thereby maximising the MOI, as well as increasing launch and distance. The revolutionary design produces a 5000 inertia value, one of the highest MOIs available, which means ball speed loss and variance in launch conditions on off-centre hits is greatly reduced.

3. Largest Face In Golf: At 4.75’’ x 2.4’’ the Speed LD Driver is extremely forgiving and generates higher ball speed across all nine points on the clubface.
