Having won the Golf Digest Editor’s Choice Award for drivers in 2006, it was no doubt a challenge to improve on the original all titanium Nike SasQuatch driver, but what made the original great makes the new Nike SasQuatach SUMO even better. New Nike PowerBow geometry results in a higher moment of inertia (MOI) of 4950g cm² vs. 4650g cm², which means that the Nike SasQuatch SUMO delivers even more distance and forgiveness.

SUper MOment of Inertia (SUMO): Higher MOI than original SasQuatch driver at 4950g cm² vs. original at 4650g cm² for greater forgiveness and increased distance.

New Nike PowerBow design: Larger and lower Nike PowerBow moves centre of gravity (COG) lower and further back and increases MOI.

Max Back COG: SasQuatch’s larger and lower Nike PowerBow geometry moves the COG further back and lower than the original SasQuatch driver.

New high performance Mitsubishi Rayon Diamana shaft built for a blend of power and stability.

Shaft: Fitted with Mitsubishi Rayon Diamana lightweight graphite shafts, with an optimised tip profile for distance and accuracy.
